Film Friday (on Thursday)

Ok so I couldn’t wait until tomorrow…but I have a few more Holga shots to share with you!

Anytime we go on vacation, I never find myself taking many pictures.  It’s probably because we always go in the summer and that is kind of a busy time for a wedding photographer.  So, this year I decided to take the Holga with us and take a few shots (since I’m still trying to figure it out).

Where did we go on vacation?  We usually try to go to the beach, but with the whole oil spill we decided to drive to the east coast to Savannah!  We even got the chance to go to Tybee Island for a day.

The first few are from Jamie and Jessica’s wedding a few weeks back, but the rest are from our trip.

I hope you like them!

Film Friday – Holga 120N

So this if my first “Film Friday” post. I recently purchased a Holga medium format camera from a photographer friend (Elizabeth Leighton) in Dallas. Since this was my first round at medium format film (or film in general), I decided I needed some good test shots. Here are a few from the wedding this past Saturday and our Memorial Day festivities (ultimate frisbee) out at Macarthur Park.  The only thing I did post process wise was a little levels here and there.

Let me know what you think!
