And one of my beautiful wife.
I had the chance to test drive the Fujifilm x100s for a few days this past week. I’m aware these images are pretty boring, but when you think about them coming from a “point and shoot” camera, they become a little more impressive.
Sorry for so many images of my dog.
This was a tough week for my family and I. My grandmother passed away this past Thursday and her funeral was yesterday. It was a great service dedicated to her and her faith in Jesus Christ. I tried to think of what to say in this post to really capture the past week but, unfortunately, no words would do.
It has been a rare time when all of our family came together for multiple days. And, just like family, we start back where we left off.
No awkwardness.
Just sharing in our sorrow and laughing from memories.
And I guess that is life. Sorrow and laughter. Often at the same time.
My grandmother loved Jesus and it was apparent even up unto her death. She didn’t just believe the facts of who Jesus was, she made Jesus her Lord. I’m honored to have an example such as her.
Here are some pictures from my iphone of this past week. These are images of things we, as family, often overlook in my grandparents house and a few images of just what has happened this past week.
God is good.
Below is a picture I took of my grandad and grandma in November 2012
