we had a blast tonight…

What a week…

(my fiancee informed me that i’ve only posted once this week…so this is for you sweetie)

This week has been a week of firsts…(bullets!)

  • the church’s first “visitation” (went quite well)
  • my first day back in seminary (you gotta hafta know greek)
  • my first meeting with little rock christian’s chapel team (i’m helping out with the music for their high school chapel)
  • the church’s first fax machine was set up (we’re big time now)
  • the church’s first book series (ephesians) begins this week
  • we began working in office number two
  • so because of these things…i’ve been unable to entertain the masses (sarcasm) and post this week…

however, i have been working on a couple of posts…one that asks the question “does our methodology express our theology in our own lives, not just the church“. And another dealing with our concept of “needs versus wants” (mainly dealing with materialism). the reason i haven’t posted these yet is because the lord is still teaching me some things about them…

and we have another photo contest i’ll try putting up in a couple of weeks…so get your cameras ready…

and now to add some color to the post…

    fax

    (way cool fax/copier/scanner/printer/cookyoudinner machine)
we’ve actually had this for a while but never had a land-line where we could use the fax

office number two…(which looks quite similar to office number one…except for the lack of a dry-erase board)
